I got a call one evening from my (now ex) gf's dad. That seemed really out of the blue to me. We had been dating a few months and at the time she was living with her parents.

So, he doesn't say much, and just passes the phone to his daughter (my gf).

I say something like, "That was a bit strange. Why did your dad call me?"

She answered, "He didn't call you. What are you talking about?"

"Yeah. He just called me now, and passed the phone to you. It's no big deal, I'm just saying it was a little strange, that's all."

"But he didn't do that."

"Yes he did."

"Are you O.K.? What's happening?"

"I'm O.K."

"He never called you. Why are you acting so strange."

"It's not a big deal, but he did call me. Why don't you believe me? I can show you my call log to prove that he called me."

"What's wrong with you?"

"Um, O.K., let's just forget this. How are you doing?..."

ok so i just found out that the person who i considered to be my best friends for the past 3-4 yrs doesn't even consider me to be one of her closest three friends..i really thought a lot of her and i really thought we were best friends but apparently not. what do i do??? i'm freaking out here :(

I love my boyfriend to death. There is no chance I would ever cheat on him for any reason what so ever. He worries about it all the time, and I am getting tired of being accused of cheating when in reality, I'm sitting at home waiting for him to come spend time with me. I don't want anyone else. Never have. Only him. He has done some pretty shady things behind my back,,,,,,,,,I found out about them, though. So I have reasons to doubt him, but I don't. I don't nag him, I let all his mistakes go a long time ago. He spend an entire weekend with another girl while I was pregnant with his child. (although he says we were broken up at the time) STILL!!!
How do I make him see that I am in love with him and no one else. The accusations are getting old, though, and it's making me question his faithfulness. So, I guess my question is what can I do to assure him that I'm not ,,,or will never, cheat on him?

My best friend all through highschool and after jest had a snowmobile stolen and told the police that i might have done it. I have a sled of my own why would i want his? After several trips to the police station and being hand cuffed to a table i was found innocent. The police told him that i was no longer a suspect and if he knew of anyone else to let them know. He then told everybody in town that i was me. I live in a small town and everyone knows everyone. I have asked to stop and he ignores me. I have been told to sue for slander. Do I?

I've been dating B1 for almost 17 months now and he's my first boyfriend. Now, I think my heart has found someone else, who'se more 'compadiable' with who I want to be. He(B2) really likes me and has told me before. What should I do. Or, do I just think I like B2 because it's something new and I'm bored? or is it really something I should think about. I'm confused and not sure what to do. I'm scared what B1 might do to himself if inso I leave him, so leaving isnt as simple as it would sound.

I have been having a lot of dreams regarding an ex best friend's dad...(who has passed away some years back) he wants for me to relay a message that he is well,and okay...and that he would like to also tell his two daughters and his widow, how much he loved them..and that he was quite proud of and is still very proud to have been in their lives.(I sure wish I could dream of my own father...but, nope! I only dream about other people's relatives,and friends, as well as people whom I have never known in real life!!! LOL!) strange huh?!!!
SO, my question is...should I write to a mutual friend and tell her to tell my old friend about his "visits" or just never say a thing at all?
(I know that this is strange...but, I have also had premonitions in dreams and also while awake..,in the past...so I think that this dream might be not just "any old dream" ya know?! )

We have been together for over four years. He is seven years older than me. I love him but I don't like him. He kept talking about getting married. I am not emotionally ready to get married to anyone yet. He asked me when I would be ready and I don't have the answer. He told me that I made his life misseriable. Do I need to feel guilty? Ever look back and see signs in a relationship that are so clear now? I know "hind-sight is 20/20." I just don't understand how stupid I was. Over the past year I was analyzing why my b/f was so neglectful. It is so obvious when I read my journals over the course of this year! He didn't want me for his future. He said "we are at 2 different places in our lives." I am so sick to my stomach. I KNOW BETTER than this! I though I had relationship experience! Why couldn't I see this before! Meanwhile, I tortured myself, discussed & anaylyzed with friends & cried & cried. It is such a waste. Why couldn't I see this before? What's wrong with me????
