My boyfriend looks at profiles of girls online. Does this mean he's cheating? He said it doesn't mean anything. Should I be concerned?

My 7yo daughter is being harassed and intimidated by my neighbor. Last May I filed battery charges against her for trying to choke me. Since then she has been taking it out on my daughter by flipping her off, making faces at her, making the devil sign at her, the loser sign at her, standing in her yard and staring at my daughter (which makes my daughter come inside), and various other childish acts. The police say there is nothing they can do and say they are tired of coming here for stupid nonsense, and that what she's doing is not against the law. They leave making me feel like i'm doing something wrong by calling them. My neighbor denies everything and her husband backs her up. I don't know what to do or how to stop it. My daughter is terrified of her, especially since she witnessed her trying to choke me, which she ran across the street and did after I told her to mind her own business. What can I do? I live in Louisiana.

I am getting married next year. We dated for over two years before I asked for her hand in marriage. We currently do not live together, but spend 5 days a week together. We have an excellent relationship, but I know marriage is a big step. I really want to go into marriage with a good idea of what to espect. I want to be a good husband, and eventually a good father to our children. Would it be in our best benifit to get pre-marriage consouling? If so, how long should and how often should we go before we get married. Thanks for the advice.

why do men cheat? i recentally got a divorce. i did everything for this man. we got married on x-mas(he wanted), i had his baby(we wanted), i waited on him hand & foot,as soon as our son was born he named him and i haven't seen him since(4yrs.) i knew he was cheating before the baby was born but thought he would stay after the birth.we knew each other for over 20yrs & dated of &on. why? what did i do wrong or was it just him?

I've had this boyfriend for about one week, he asked me out and i said yes, obviously.... then the next day i dumped him because i was REALLY nervous and i was sooo scared that he would dump me. Then i was in tears for the next two days. Eating everything!!!! Then after two days he asked me out again because i told him i felt really bad. Now it's been weird. He never talks to me. But on msn he always tells me that he loves me soooooo much and that he wants to go everywhere with me and he's always making plans for us. But when we're at school he doesn't talk. At all. Once or twice he sneeks into my class to sit with me (cute i know) but other then that, not much happens. He loves me and i love him, but i dont know whats happening or what he's thinking.

My friend was trying to set me up with a friend of her's. I don't really like getting set up so I was kinda annoyed. Now she's thinking about setting him up with another one of our friends. We've talked to each other a couple of time and were trying to find some time to hang out but something always comes up. It's been two or three times that we've tried already. Should I just forget about it or try one more time? Also, another thing is... i'm interested in a guy at work. I know it's not fair to date a guy when i'm interested in someone else but I don't think anything's going to happen with the guy at work? So what should I do?

I am 18 years old and only really talk to 4 people and i want to know how to make new friends and become more social? and have had bad experience with dating so how can i meet a nice guy? My best friend says if i get out more and hang out with her then i can have a network of freinds and am more likely to meet nice guys and people and thus be more social is this right?I did not used to be this way but my parents never let me go out in highschool were very protective and i feel out of place at college. It's been 10 years since our child support was calculated and I've never been late for a payment, so I'm 100% current on my current support amount.
