My friend was trying to set me up with a friend of her's. I don't really like getting set up so I was kinda annoyed. Now she's thinking about setting him up with another one of our friends. We've talked to each other a couple of time and were trying to find some time to hang out but something always comes up. It's been two or three times that we've tried already. Should I just forget about it or try one more time? Also, another thing is... i'm interested in a guy at work. I know it's not fair to date a guy when i'm interested in someone else but I don't think anything's going to happen with the guy at work? So what should I do?

You've tried and it obviously wasn't meant to be. Leave it be. Give him the opportunity to meet the new friend and you go after the person you really like. No one will get hurt this way. Now if you give it another go with him, you two start dating and the guy from works asks you out, you'll want to go THAT would cause trouble. Hey you gave it a good try, now it's time to move on.

Best Wishes!!!

try not to let anything hanging when you are gona start a new relationship...it's not so much about fairness, but the complication that might come along as your relationship goes. Say when you are already with this new guy, and the old guy came along, and you would ask yourself, why didn't I give him a chance, how would it be if we try one more time then? Stuff like this might happen.

Just don't let yourself have any chance to regret later...by then, it might be hurting to three parties.

If it was me I would go on the date. Just because you are interested in a guy at work does not mean that feelings could not develope for someone else as you get to know them.

Go out with one guy one week and go out with the co worker the next week. Weigh your options and decide who you like the best. No harm in going out with either of them. Both are just friends.
