Is this legal? Do I still need to petition the court or can I simply file the change of address with them? Can he still cause a problem for me even though the agreement was signed between the two of us? Please advise. I've already checked out divorcenet.com and it isn't specific enough. Can anyone help me? I'm already moved, but now he's threatening to have me arrested if I don't comply with whatever demands he has.

My friends are humanitarians. And they want to save the animals. And they want to stop global warming. And they want to...well you get it, they want to help the world. But I am very worried. They are both memebers of Greenpeace, and the first thing they want to do is try and help save the whales. They are very smart people, but they don't think about any other way than going out in those little boats, as we have seen on the news. I have tried to tell them other more, well, logical, ways of doing it, but they won't listen. I am really worried about them, because although I support them, I'm afraid they'll get hurt, and they have told me that they don't care if they die to save animals. What can I do?

ok, theres this guy in my gym class and i like him. I think that he likes me too, but i dont know.

he always talks to me and follows me when i walk when were talking (even if i stopped for a second, he'll follow and start a new subject) he helps me when i need help with bastetball and he dosent seem to mind when i come over to talk to him. And ive noticed that he acts different around me, than he does with his friends, and with my friends. And when i go to talk to my guy friends in the class, he like, watches me.

but ive seen him hug other girls and put his arm around them, but to different girls on the same day. (hes no player, trust me) he hasnt hugged me, or put his arm around my yet....

so does he like me? or not?

Will he ask me out again?
I have had a crush on a friend at work for several months. He asked me out on a date a few months ago, but I said "no". I wasn't sure why. I guess I was scared because we're friends and work together. He doesn't work with me anymore, I still see him almost weekly and we talk on the phone alot as well and I really want to date him. This guy I've seen around, for months, when I would sit in the caferteria. Only took notice of him because I thought he was cute. But it never seemed like he noticed me. We just went about our business. But one day out of the blue I turned around and he gave me a huge smile. Then in line he turned around to look at me and smiled. Looked at me for like 5 seconds in the face I smiled back. I did have a low cut shirt on this day. Then the next day he went by and smiled again. But then a week went by and now everytime he sees me if I look up and our eyes happen to meet he just gives me this really serious look. No smile and no hello. I usually have to look away because it makes me nervous. This has happened like 10 times now. The last time it happened he was with a friend and he must have said something to the friend because the friend looked back at me. And I was sitting at a table no lowcut shirt this day. he had a smile on his face but don't know if he was laughing or not
