i have these problem with my parents.
I lied to them once by denying to them that i had a boyfriend.
But to proove them that i would never do it again,i broke up with
him even though i loved him so much.
From that day they never believed in me any more.
infact,two days ago,we had a field trip,with my class mates.
my parents told me that i was going to a date.
but it wasn't true
i came home late because it was raining hard,the got mad at me and told me that i went out with my bf,they wouldn't even listen to me,if they don't listen to me how wil they know the truth?
please,help me,how will i get their confidence on me,i mean how will i make them believe again that i will not lie to them like i did last time?

We went snorkeling on our honeymoon. The instructor told us all to remove our jewelry to keep from losing it in the water. My wife ignored the warning and lost her ring as soon as we got in the water. I was pissed! She felt I shouldn't have been upset because it wasn't intentional.

1. Did I have the right to be upset?
2. Should I have replaced the ring?
