move out of this relationship as soon as possible, and ask your family for approval, if you still want to go ahead.

If your muslim, then your family will be fine with it.. just tell them that you love him dearly, and you decided that its finally the time to let them know, and you are very sorry for keeping him a secret from them....
If your not muslim, then i guess this is going to be very very hard for you, your family may disown you and never will accept you again, you need to think hard if your bf is worth loosing your family over, and is it possible for your family to ever agree to him.. before you decide to tell them, you really need to think hard about your future... good luck, hope everything works out for you! x

Religion is not an obstacle for love and marriage since no one of the partners tries to impose his religion. Tell your mother first explaining to her that this affair does not affect your religion( If it does then this is another problem) and try to explain the situation step by step.

Talk your mum about it, and your future. Hopefully she'd understand and relay it to your father. If they approve, then everythings going to be all right. Also tell them you're sorry for keeping them in the dark, for it should have been discussed with them from day one onwards. Anyway, its up to you.

if he's human, then it shouldn't be a problem. how a person worships the same God as u is not important. do u think they would rather have u data christian guy who treats you like sh*t? if you are happy, and he treats you well, then ur fine
