I lent money to someone, and am having trouble getting it back, it was less than 1000, and I know the person can pay, but they are now making excuses to not pay it back. I don't have a loan agreement, just email exhanges saying he will pay and the receipt to the place I paid for the person. This person moves all the time so I can't really file anywhere, and it's not enough money to go to court. Any ideas? I managed to get one payment but get nothing but empty promises and no payment. Any ideas? I know there's not much I can do but will take any suggestions.

There's this girl at my school that I know and I;m pretty damn sure she likes me. She stares at me during class A LOT and she'll come up to me after lunch to ask what the homework was for the bell before it(even though she knows what it is). So I know she likes me, but the other day on the bus I asked her if she liked me. Before when I was getting ready to ask it it's like she knew what I was going to ask and kept saying "Hey I forgot something I have to tell you umm... umm.." and she was trying to avoid me asking it. Then I asked it and she said "Kinda sorta maybe" Then I got off the bus and said "Well I like you". Ever since then she hasnt been talking to me that much. And when we do tlak its as if she doesn't even remember what I said that day! But she still stares at me in class. I need help plz.

Okay...I like a guy in one of my classes. I am a sophomore and he is a freshman. Our ages are pretty close. Now he a very popular...but the quiet kind of popular. OK. I'm a 15-year old girl with an average physical look but I consider myself pretty intelligent intellectually. I take Honors/Advanced classes and care a lot about my grades. I am dedicated to school and intend to get somewhere in life. I wear little make-up and don't consider myself beautiful. I am very kind and honest and love to talk about everything.
