I want my gf to open up to me. but i think that she is scared to. i can tell that she was hurt in the past so she wont let me into her heart what can I do?? I love her so much and i dont want to lose her. no matter how much i try it seems like i cant do good enough. or she doesnt believe that i can.

i love it when my bf writes me letters. try writing her one and express your feelings through your words. then give her the letter and tell her how much you love her and how comfortable you are with her and that she is your best friend. tell her You'll always be there for her. ask her to trust you while you look in her eyes and tell her how much you love her. When a person has been hurt it is very hard for them to open up. Opening up means they become vulnerable. That is a very scary place for someone to be. Sadly just spouting words of love will not be enough. You have to show her in everything you do. She must be the center of your universe. Let her know that you are always willing to talk to her. Let her know that she is the most important in your life. Show her by your actions, by the little things you do. But, above all communicate your feelings not just through words but through deeds. Let her know that she can count on you and in time she will when she learns that you don't intend to hurt her. Good luck

I say give ur gf more time and dont push the issue, let her know that ur there but in a way where u are not crowding her.
Some people have been hurt so bad in their pasts , it takes months and even years to forget about it, but they never forget, they have to learn to cope with their past and that is something u cannot do for her.
Just her knowing u love her and that ur there means alot to her, or she would not be w/u... good luck...

just let her open up to you in her own time, try sitting down with her, reminding her that she can talk to you and it wont scare you away, no matter what she says, and when she does talk to u be very understanding about it

If you stay by her side and support her and be patient maybe she eventually will open up....I was hurt at once by my first love and let me tell you it is not easy to trust and love again. good luck

Do not pressure her into doing things that she doesn't want to do. In time when she builds that trust in you and she accepts that you will not hurt her then she will open up to you. It takes awhile, but hang in there.

you could tell her something private about yourself.then she will know you trust her ,then she might say the same.just show her that you love her no matter what.she will open up to you when shes ready.you just need to give her more time
