Make it offline. You need to know this person in person and you can not have a relationship online. I really hate when people say I have a bf/gf but they never met them in person. That is really not real, you need to meet the person to really call them your bf/gf. I say do not make an online relationship, because it really is not a relationship.

Short answer - ask her for her phone number! After you call her a few times, ask her to meet!
I use online dating sites too. But I think it is important to use it as a tool to MEET people, not to try to date people online. Frankly once we are past those survey questions, if a guy keeps writing and doesn't ask for my phone number, I have that sinking feeling it will never go anywhere. And it never does, I keep up the pace mind you, writing the emails back with similar legth/tone/frequency to the guy...but the online DATERS always eventually slowly slither away. The online MEETERS are the keepers. At least you can have that first conversation and get the real vibe, maybe one of you screens the other out at that point. Then you talk on the phone awhile, maybe a few days, maybe a week or so (longer if its long distance) - cool, now you need the next step, you ask her on a date and you meet. This is the last step to take it offline, you have to again get each others vibe and maybe one of you screens out the other, or if its a fit then congratulations, you can finally begin!
There's a lot of risk of a non-match at the emailing/IMing stage. Personally I am very busy and I don't want to spend a lot of time and emotional investment on someone with that much risk. Once there's a connection, I want to move to phone. Once that works, I want to meet and see if we are both for real about the interest. Then I can think of it as really happening and I am a lot more willing to invest in the relationship, before that it is all smoke and mirrors.

I'm a girl and "one liners" are NOT interesting.
If you are attracted to each others photo, profile and etc....then other things about your life would NOT be boring.
You could chat on the phone too and maybe plan a meeting.
Good luck

It's like asking how to make the sky turn green. Online relationships just don't work out. I'm sorry. :(

well i think you can let her know whatever it is that you feel for her, you can talk about whatever is that you two have in common, and flirt, a woman loves a guy thats flirtatious with her, just her though.
