I own a house and can rent it out for $2000.00/month and I told my mom that I would rent it to her for 1000.00, she receives social security and a pension $2500 a month, is this fair?

my stepmother worked with a guy for a year.(he's 19 she is 36)he's also my cousins boyfriend. my stepmother and this guy get on incredibly well when he visits they constantly keep poking and prodding eachother, giggling and laughing with eachother. he only lives across the road and when they meet on the street they stand chatting for hours . He calls into her workplace 4 or 5 times a day on the days she is working and they seem to go out of there way to chat to one another. This makes my dad quite angry and jealous as there together 16years and have 4 children but she claims there just friends. i think they are attracted to eachother, what do you think?

I finally found someone who I enjoy having sex with. Before him, I never really had too much desire with any other boyfriends and during sex, I usually didn't enjoy it. But with my current boyfriend of about a year and a half, I actually enjoy it, and even initiate it at times...BUT...generally when I don't initiate it, I don't want to do it. I notice with most men...no matter what they are doing, they have time for sex. Woman I have talked to, make it sound like they do to. Am I not normal because if I am trying to sleep, or working on the computer, or cleaning or something, I would rather not be interrupted? Are young unmarried couples really having sex more than once or twice a week, or is it all a bunch of talk?

We got into an arguement because i wanted to go. I bought my ticket and im planning to go with my girl friends. He doesn't think that i should go without him, that homecoming is somewhere you go with your boyfriend. So if thats true shouldn't he go with me? Should i be "allowed" to go without my boyfriend (especially since the only reason he isn't going is cause he doesn't want to)? Monday is the last day to buy tickets, what can i do to change his mind and take me?

me and my best frend have been frends for 3 years now, but ive known her for awhile. now for along time alot of her family have wondered if she was gay or bi. because she looks at girls, shes very touchy feely, she always asks questions like what i would do if she was gay..and she ALWAYS gets mad wen im wit another girl. ( friend wise ). at first i thought she was jealous, but ALOT of people said she acts like she has feelings for me as more than a friend. she always plays around and asks me if i would go wit her nd things, but i never take her seriously.
