There are no guarantees. My son was involved with a girl and when he went to college it didn't last. Priorities can change and long distances make it hard. You can't know beyond a shadow of a doubt.

No one knows the future. a relationship is something you have to work at. Some times it lasts for ever some times only a few months. Love is making a commitment to each other. If one of the two decide they don't want to be committed any more then it wont work. all relationships are taking a chance. You either take that chance or you don't either way you grow and learn.

it won't if you go to separate colleges. and nobody ever knows how long love will last. to be fair, i was in a relationship for the past 10 years, through and out of high school, and it has fallen apart in the last year, more now in the last 2 months.... so who's to say love will last? remember the foundation, trust, honesty, commitment, monogamy, and openness. you have to work hard to make a relationship work, let alone last.

It's hard to tell, especially because after highschool it's another path you choose to take. One of you might decide to go off to college, while the other one may just want to begin working. It really depends on how open minded and how committed you are to one another. Also, if you can even see a future between the two of you.

If it's a good relationship, I'd say many can make it to 2 years of college. It's tougher if you go to diff. colleges. It's just that people change a lot in their mid 20s-30s. So, it would depend on have a lot of things (morals, interests, etc.) in common.

you never know these things, and relationships after that are just as unpredictable! your only young, and life isnt actually a big overdramatic love story, it makes it a lot easier when you dont treat it as one either, just go with the flow and enjoy things as they come, at this stage the future is miles away for you, so why worry about it so much?! enjoy what you have now!

Nobody can know that for certain. Lots of people dream it will last like that but most of the time is not the case.

Its all about the destiny. It might and it might not. But remember its you who decide weather or not to continue the relationship.
Make it your game.
