I am trying not to have pre marital sex anymore...(this is really tough). It is my feeling though that once someone agrees to marry me, that it is okay to engage in relations. In my eyes, I think God would understand that a wedding takes place months, sometimes a year atfer the engagement. I think a "wedding" is just a formality, once we have become engaged in my mind, you are making a vow to that person before God to spend the rest of your life with them. Why should you have to wait just because society wants an extravagant ceremony. In the old days, you got married the next day!!

Growing up my mother always told me she wished I had died. That I was too much like my real dad. I had mental and physcal abuse. My step father even sexually assulted me when I was 7. She said it was my fault. I asked her one time if she did not love me why did she take me from my father-she said to hurt him. Now that she has died people are telling me I have to forgive her for all she has done. I do not see how I can. I still have a lot of painful scars from her and my step father and even my older sister. I did find my real dad and he was a wonderful man. I grew to love him very much. I lost him a year ago to cancer I miss him so much, but my mother has been gone almost 12 years and I really do not miss her. Am I wrong? Should I forgive her? And how does one do that? There is a lot of pain from what she has done.

He feels that since he pays $1000 more in bills even though he makes double than what i make then i should be doing all of the housework. I am 6 mos pregnant. He works 7am-1pm while I work 8am-6pm, and I already have a 5 yr old. He tells me that I'm not doing anything to make his life easier and he's making my life easier by paying more.

When we met I had my own place and basically moved in with me because he still lived with his parents. When we bought our house, I forewarned him telling him the most that I would be able to contribute, and he agreed.

Now there's all these rules, and complaints from him.

Every week he starts an argument because i'm not doing enough or treating him the right way.

What do I do?

I like this guy at my work and I know he likes me too because other people at work tell me so. Well we are both really shy so I decided to leave a note on his car telling him that I liked him and that we should hang out. Well the next day he wouldn't even talk to me or look at me like he usually does. Throughout the week he opened up to me and talks to me a little more but he still hasn't brought up the note. I don't understand if he is just nervous to talk about it or if he doesn't want to go out with me. Did I do something wrong and scare him off? Why won't he talk to me about it?

My gf of 10 months still is in email contact with her last %^% buddy ( my gf was the other woman in that relationship). She has given me some white lies so I dont get "upset" with her on other issues. Is this appropraite behavior? Are white lies ok ? I feel I am on a one way street , her taking me giving , I dont think it is intentional but that is the way I feel. I need her to be my best friend and im not felling it anymore . My boyfriend wants to move in together and eventually get married and most definitely wants a kid. We love each other, he the most amazing person I know with so many qualities I want in a man, we get along and I could see myself living with him more than any past b-friends. He makes me happy--thing is, I know he's not my soulmate. I mean nothing is perfect, but there are certain things I want that I don't believe he's into. Mainly because he's a realist and I'm an idealist. So do I keep searchin for someone I'm really meant to be with and we connect on a deeper level, or stay with my b-friend who I really love, because it works?
