I have a crush on a girl I work with. She just got out of a bad relationship with a guy that was a jerk to her. She is on the rebound and told a friend of mine (that we both know) that she isn't ready for a relationship just yet. The friend didn't say who I am or anything like that but I was just wondering how would you know when a girl like that would be ready for a relationship? I have fallen head over heals over this girl and my worse fear is I'd wait too long thinking she needs the extra time and a different guy asks her out. How can I avoid this from happening?

When you like a guy and you know that he likes you too but he's not making a move, do you get the feeling that you should just move on and find another guy? Because my crush told my friend that she likes me but I'm too afraid to ask her out or tell her how I feel. But I think she already knows that I am interested from the way I act around her.
Do you guys think she might lose her patience and move on?

My girl's female cousin continues to have an attitude towards me for something my girl did to me. I have asked my girl to take care of the situation by talking to her and explain the situation, however the cold shoulder continues. I then asked not to be in the company of the cousin because I do not like feeling uncomfortable for no apparent reason, and she (my girl) agreed. Yesterday, my girl wanted to see me, but "forgot" the cousin was at her house when she invited me over. She (the cousin) gave me the cold shoulder, again as if my girl never explained the situation was created by her.

Am I missing something here? Does my girl even care about my feelings ?

I admit, my sex drive is below par, but when I dont feel like doing it and my girl kinda pushes me into it, it makes me feel like she's not respecting my boundaries.
