depends on the pace you want to "raise" the level as well as what you're wanting. if u are talking about sex, then it should be pretty easy. as for everything else, you want to get to know each other to a point where you're comfortable with each other. that way you both can express whatever is on your minds. as to how to get to this level, you're on your own.
