Women are NOT mind readers (nor are men), we may have an idea that someone likes us, even if we are sure-I think it's the man's job to approach the girl. Get over your fears and actually DO something about it, not just chicken around the bush. I know it's easier said than done but your shyness is only frustrating her. She likes you and you need to approach her and start a descent conversation. Make her know that you are interested, then she may take it from there. It will be easy once you get the first step out of the way. I know it's the year 2006 and some may say either male or female should make the move but I think it's the guy's job. The girl becomes confident when he comes up to her. It's just a good manner. Go for it. Good luck!

Yes...she might lose interest and move on because she is probably waiting on you to make the first move. Some women will put out the signals to notify the guy that they are interested, in essence they'll throw you the ball. Now, at this point the woman wants you to run with that ball and drive it home, make a touchdown, or slam dunk. If you just stand and dribble, strike out, or fumble, the woman may get frustrated and mistake your clumsiness for disinterest. Then she will move on. That's frustrating for you as a man but that's the way it is. Since you really like her, go ahead and put your bid in the game by asking her out...just do it!

Yes, she will lose patience and move on. Eventually she's going to feel like either you are not interested or you are just playing games wtih her.
You already know she likes you, so what are ya waiting for? ;) Ask her out already!! Ask her out to a nice restaurant for dinner, pick her up at her house, and go up to the door with a bouquet of flowers in hand. She will love it!! Good luck!!! :)

It is a very real possibility that she may lose her patience and move on to an available option. Best wishes!

Yes. If you don't make a move, she could just move on... which will be a painful thing for her to handle. You should just take a chance and make a move, which will in the end, be the easiest thing for both of you.

I do not understand why everyone has to communicate with friends when they should be talking to the person. I would never even consider going out with someone let alone a relationship with someone who cannot talk directly to me. Maybe it is teenage stuff and game playing! Whatever it is, it is stupid! Take a chance and speak up.

Ask her to hang out, get to know her, and then just act on your feelings, if you're sure she feels the same way, what do you have to lose? Just make sure she knows you're still interested

I would definetly move on. To me, that says the guy probably doesn't like me that much, because if he was really interested he would've made his move already.
I wouldn't be surprised if she moved on.

do something simple like buy her a single pink rose, see how she acts, it should be a give away one way or the other, and yes we do lose patience and interest easily
