OK, ha, ha! Real funny, I'm sure that this is a joke, but if not let me just say that everyone knows that any woman who has a child over 1 that she is still breast feeding, is SICK! After 1 they need to use a bottle, if she insists that it needs to be breast milk, then she can pump it into one. A 5 year old could eat whatever they want, and does not need any formula supplement, let alone breast milk. This is what you do 1. Report that sick ***** to DCFS, and 2. Buy the poor kid a case of Pedialite, and tell him that you hope after years of therapy he can eventually get past the permanent emotional scars!

Absolutely not! and if you ask some people it's harmful. there is no good reason for a 5 year old to be nursing, he should be getting all the nourishment from solid food as soon as he gets his teeth 1-2 years old.

no, i don't think that is normal.. I would tell your friend that there might be something a bit wrong with this girl.
Breastfeeding is great and all moms should do it but there is a time to just give it up... About 3 years ago........

OMGOSH NO it's wrong in every way. What is wrong with the mother he is at least old enough to drink juice or something. My 3 year old cousin is already drinking off of a regular glass.

NO. This is not normal. I have had friends who did not want to break the bond with their children and breast-fed that long, but it is not normal. It is time to break the bond and let the child grow.
