My girl's female cousin continues to have an attitude towards me for something my girl did to me. I have asked my girl to take care of the situation by talking to her and explain the situation, however the cold shoulder continues. I then asked not to be in the company of the cousin because I do not like feeling uncomfortable for no apparent reason, and she (my girl) agreed. Yesterday, my girl wanted to see me, but "forgot" the cousin was at her house when she invited me over. She (the cousin) gave me the cold shoulder, again as if my girl never explained the situation was created by her.
Am I missing something here? Does my girl even care about my feelings ?

She cares but does not know where to put herself or how to handle the situation. It would also be unfair if you ask the girl to handle the situation for you. It's her cousin and if she tries to confront the cousin, they might end ip arguing. I would suggest though that you talk to the cousin yourself and ask her what seems to be her problem with you. Do not be confrontational though. But its a little strange though. I think this cousin might be attracted to you and feels that she has to give you the cold treatment so you'd notice her..It's a girl thing:)

u then need to side step ur girl and talk to this cousin yourself. dont let other people do the work for u. ur girl cares but just might not wanna get caught in the middle
