im 16, and i go to a very small school where everyone knows eachother, and i have a very strong reputation for being kinda shy, even tho i am not, and i know thats why alot of guys dont consider me an option for dating.for example, people are very surprised to see me at parties, even tho i like them, and that just makes me feel awkward. any advice? on the confidence part, guy part..anything

There was a girl, When I saw her 7 years ago, I talked to her and proposed her in our first date and she accepted. Her family did not allowed her to marry me. We have waited about 7 years to resolve this but one day, last year she left me saying that she cannot ignore her parents and she have to obey them.
I have destoyed my future, left my MBA, spent alot of money, spared my time for 7 years and got nothing.
My life, my hands are empty.

i'm 22, i work with a guy who is 34 and we have very playful silly flirting, and one day i we were talking about sex and i mentioned that i'm very flexable. he then looked at me in a way that he'd never before and said "you're very sweet, but too young"

This guy, wally, is new to the school. i dont have many classes with him...just one...and i see him in the hall and my locker is RIGHT next to his. He occasionally talks to me next to the locker....he smiles at me in the hall...and kinda looks at me in class. My ex-boyfriend has been my ex for going on 9yrs, but we have always remained friends.
