well i met this girl who is great i like everything about her and she says that i am just what she wants.we have kissed and slept in the same bed together but nothing more...she broke up with her boyfriend who she was engaged to last december..now he is trying to mess with her head and keeps telling her he loves her and ****..but i can see he is just useing her for her money..i cant say anything cuz i know she cares about him which is fine..but i just dnt want her to fall back into that relationship...she said she is confused and that she should be jumping all over the oppertunity she has with me.so i dnt know

My personal experience has demonstrated that a man and a woman can not be platonic friends. I have had some great and close friendships with women in which I didn't expect anything other than friendship. However, most of the time the friendship eventually turned into having sex even if we were involved with another lover. I believe that most friendships between a man and a woman will lead to a sexual encounter. I can now see how my serious girlfriend does not want me to have any lady friends, and I feel the same about a girlfriend not having any guy friends. Of course, this is all just based on my experience but I just can't see how a man and a woman can be "just friends".

iv loved a guy for a year...hes now my closest friend. see i had to do somethin to make him jealous so i made up that i had got a boyfriend on holiday. then he and my girl-pal were having a laugh and he sed somethin that implies am ugly in a jokey way. he is always jokin... so i dont know if he meant it.
everytime i say somethin that implies to me lovin him he brushes it off...and when i was having a laugh with him one day i told him i wasnt goin to speak to him ever again and he said that'll never happen... now i dont know if i should confront him and tell him i love him and i have to get over him. do u have any idea of any solution to bring closure...please xx

I love traveling and have been to Europe (the military sent me there) and Guam (the AF sent my dad there, but the rest of us [his family] followed)

I cannot imagine never traveling further then just a few miles from where one lives!

I've been told that men have a deep-seeded emotional need to be 'the man of the house' and take care of his responsbilities, up to and including being the main breadwinner etc.

My question is, does it bother you when your wife won't give in to you on little things? Is it a problem to have a wife that challanges you and won't give in on ANYTHING unless she agrees with you?

On fri night i went out with my cousin, and my husband went out with his friends. At the end of the night me, my husband and my cousin Laura went back 2 my house. It got 2 about 3am and my husband said he wud walk Laura home. I said i was goin 2 tidy up then go 2 bed. I actually waited a min and then followed them. I was only a couple of mins behind them. By the time i got 2 her house her door was locked. First of all i did try and go round the back, but i could not get thru the gate as it was locked. So i then went back round to the front and lifted up the letter box flap.... her bedroom is on the right as soon as you walk in the door, so i knew if they were doing anything, i would be able to hear it. And i did!!!! i could hear them both moaning and groaning. I shouted thru the letter box and i then heard my husband say.... S**T and he came stumbling out of the bedroom naked. we have spoke but i don't know what to do, we do have a 3 year old son together. I feel so dead inside. Help??

My parents are divorced and have been since i was 3. My dad is remarried but my mom is not. And growing up my mother was never around. She never came to see me on bdays or anything. Didnt even go to my graduation. and my dad and stepmom hate her for that and she hates them. but my question is this. What do i do about inviting all 3 of them to my wedding? Im afraid that there will be a big fight. I mean my dad didnt even go to my half sisters wedding cuz he was afraid my mom would be there. Me and my half sis have diff dads.But what should i do about all 3 of them being there? Im worried about it.

When was there a time in your life when you felt so alone..?
Like you were the only in this world who could understand you or there was nobody you could relate to etc.

* I remember feeling that way when my dad was killed by a passing car one evening. I had just spoken to him a few moments before he left the house but, I didn't realize it would be the last time I would ever speak to him. Although I had family and loved ones around...I just felt so isolated and empty.......
