because girls feel but they never find free to express thier feelings... they feel uncomfortable... whereas boys are free.. while some girls are shy, they wait until boy propose her..... there are some girls who express thier feeling whereas some dont.........

guys usualy propose to make the girl feel special....
and the girls dont because they are afraid that the guy would reject or make her look stupid in front of his friends
