how do you get your bridesmaid to slim down for your wedding ?
i mean i want to hear from peaple that have been in situations like this, that are overweight and have been in weddings , what did you do ? did the bride tell you straight out ? or did you make an effort yourself? im not trying to be mean , i just wanted some suggestions, or maybe i can just choose a dress that goes with her body size? ?

Who can help me with legal paperwork for the divorce? I want financial information, so filling out long forms, but we are doing this amicably and just need mediation/ help with legalities of separating assets. No kids involved. We have been separated for well over a year and this is just taking too long. He cheated on me btw so don't even go there with moral highgrounds about divorce! Plus, HE's staying in the condo which may take forever to sell. Any advice would be appreciated!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Her & I are both 17 right now, she is EXACTLY 1/2 year older then me, i have known her for more then a year, we are best friends & are very close to each other, so close we both tell each other EVERYTHING. She is so confusing because i consider her to be too good for me, but she goes & says things like if neither me or her are married by the age of 30, that we should get married. She says she doesn't want us to hook up because she doesn't talk to her ex-boyfriends, so she doesn't want to mess up our friendship. The thing she said to me most recently is if i was taller she would go out with me. I might be an inch short or taller then her. Something we do together is sneakout about 1 a week during the school year. During the summer it was when ever it seemed right, so about 1 every 4-5 days. We have kissed before, nothing french or long. She sometimes touches my arm softly or even grabs my hand but i always freeze up. I LOVE HER SO MUCH i would die for this girl without even hesitating.

I'm a divorced father of three, this summer I found out some things about my 14 year old daughter that were to say the least disturbing. I found out that her mother has had her on birth control since she was 11, her mother would take my daughter to parties and leave her there, the birth control was in her words "so she didn't get pregnent if she got raped". She has a boyfriend of 18 for the last 4 years. Her mother gives her total freedom. They live 700 miles from me. During her stay with me she snuck out of the house at 1am and went over to my neighbors house woke his son up went down stairs and according to him almost raped him, they had sex. The next day he goes around the neighborhood bragging of his conquest. Thats how I found out. I have always been a good father to my kids. I trusted my kids. All this news has broke my heart and very hard to handle. I'm looking for advice....

bows. The year he died, the roses were delivered to her door. The card said, "Be my Valentine," like all the years before. Each year he sent her roses, and the note would always say, "I love you even more this year, than last year on this day. My love for you will always grow, with every passing year." She knew this was the last time that the roses would appear. She thought, he ordered roses in advance before this day. Her loving husband did not know, that he would pass away. He always liked to do things early, way before the time. Then, if he got too busy, everything would work out fine. She trimmed the stems, and placed them in a very special vase. Then, sat the vase beside the portrait of his smiling face. She would sit for hours, in her husband's favorite chair. While staring at his picture, and the roses sitting there.
A year went by, and it was hard to live without her mate. With loneliness and solitude, that had become her fate. Then, the very hour, as on Valentines before,
The doorbell rang, and there were roses, sitting by her door. She brought the roses in, and then just looked at them in shock. Then, went to get the telephone, to call the florist shop. The owner answered, and she asked him, if he would explain,
Why would someone do this to her, causing her such pain? "I know your husband passed away, more than a year ago," The owner said, "I knew you'd call, and you would want to know. The flowers you received today, were paid for in advance.
Your husband always planned ahead, he left nothing to chance. There is a standing order,that I have on file down here, And he has paid, well in advance, you'll get them every year. There also is another thing, that I think you should know; He wrote a special little card... he did this years ago. Then, should ever I find out that he's no longer here, That's the card...that should be sent, to you the
following year." She thanked him and hung up the phone, her tears now flowing hard. Her fingers shaking, as she slowly reached to get the card. Inside the card, she saw that he had written her a note. Then, as she stared in total silence, this is what he wrote... "Hello my love, I know it's been a year since I've been gone, I hope it hasn't been too hard for you to overcome. I know it must be lonely, and the pain is very real. Or if it was the other way, I know how I would feel. The love we shared made everything so beautiful in life. I loved you more than words can say, you were the perfect wife. You were my friend and lover, you fulfilled my every need. I know it's only been a year, but please try not to grieve I want you to be
happy, even when you shed your tears. That is why the roses will be sent to you for years. When you get these roses, think of all the happiness, That we had together, and how both of us were blessed. I have always loved you and I know I
always will. But, my love, you must go on, you have some living still. Please...try to find happiness, while living out your days. I know it's not easy, but I hope you find some ways. The roses will come everyyear, and they will only stop, when your door's not answered, when the florist stops to knock. He will come five times that day, in case you have gone out. But after his last visit, he will know without a doubt to take the roses to the place where I've instructed him. And place the roses where we are, together once again. Sometimes in life, you find a special friend; someone who changes your life just by being part of it. Someone who makes you laugh until you can't stop; Someone who makes you believe that there really is good in the world. Someone who convinces you that there really is an unlocked door just waiting for you to open it. This is Forever Friendship.

I'm really close w/ one of my guy friends.We talk alot through email, IM, myspace, and in person. The other day he said "We should hang out soon, I miss you (maybe sex)." that was his exact email.
Other times we were hanging out and he would grab me and hug me and act like we were making out. He even started trying to lift my sweatshirt up one time.
Another time he grabbed me and started dancing with me really close and we had great eye contact. Then he "fell" onto the couch that was by us so that I was ontop of him.
We were at our friends house and i was laying on the floor, and he comes next to me and puts his head on my chest and said "We should to have sex on the trampoline." I said "totally" but then just laughed it off.
We've never kissed or had sex... but with all of these things that he's saying and doing does it mean that he finds me attractive and wants to have sex with me...? if not what does it mean?

As a single guy, I've been more and more frustrated by this. I meet a nice girl, we talk on the phone a few times, then plan to meet. Then, at the very last minute, she will call me to cancel and give some lame excuse.

This has happened to me several times and I don't know why these girls are flaking when they seemed interested in the beginning.

I'd like to hear how you guys deal with this problem and I'd like to hear from the girls the real reasons you flake at the last minute before a date.
