The first thing is to have him visit his doctor and make sure this isn't a health issue. This is sometimes the first sign of some serious health problems such as clogged arteries. Being in his 40's he is getting to the point where his body simply doesn't react the way it used to. I've found that since I've reached my 40's it no longer gets hard when the wind blows like it did in my 20's. It now takes more than just a little excitement to get it hard. It takes more foreplay and a lot more physical interaction to bring it to full attention. Use your hands and mouth more to get him excited before you move on to the actual deed. So far I haven't tried viagra yet. I figure as long as the job gets done with the extra stimulation why resort to pills.

Right now, it's a worldwide condition affecting everyone.

This has been going on for at least ten years.

This is why Viagra was invented but has serious side effects such as liver cancer from what I've been told. If you inspect your fingernails you'll notice to indicators of sexual dysfunction.

One, they're not clear and have a hard, seemingly opaque, turbid coloring.

For another, there should be something called a ' moon ' from the cuticle to about a third of the way down. It is light in coloring resembling a clean, sandpapered fingernail edge.

If you look at photographs prior to this time of close ups of peoples' hands you'll see this to be the case. Except on celebrities or heads of state. On them a treatment was excercised. Probably against their will. Using - chemicals.

That's missing.

On everyone.

Anywhere on earth.

Right now.

Any wild talk you hear about sex is bound to be a bald faced lie.

If you have never used Viagra - take half of one. Your husband should have a check up at the doctors, Viagra was actually invented for men with Diabetes (as impotency is a sympton) - this could be his problem.

If he has been a heavy smoker for a while its about the right age for smokers droop to start to kick in.
With that the only answer is to stop smoking.
Other obvious causes are stress either at work or financial or too much drink.

There are different things that cause this.

Some men end up upset with their spouse and no longer will perform for them. For this, make him feel better about you. Depending on why, you may not be able to do that.

One thing is for sure, a good women that knows what she's doing, that knows how to stimulate the man, will have no problem.

Porn? Seriously.

Mix it up some...you have probably been with him for a while. Sometimes you need to try new things.

Forget missionary position with the lights off.

Go doggystyle, go do it outside someplace where there is a chance you could get caught. Surprise him with some sex toys. Get him thinking about it again. If it is truly medical, then try some drugs, but try anything you can before you resort to drugs.

Viagara is an option but It could just be he is thinking too hard about it...if he is trying so hard and is pressured to do it then it wont work....give it some time and he will walk in the door witha hard on and say "Honey Im Home"......LOL....if after a month or two then go see the doctor for the little blue pills...
