why are ppl so mean these days i don't understand it

Thats a good question. Some people do things like that because they may think they have nothing better to do, or they are jealous of others. Some people lead hard lives and sometimes pick on others because they are having a rough time. Also, they could have been raised a certain way that could make them act like that. I have had many encounters with people who are unkind towards me and they dont even knonw me that well.

Times are hard. Everyone has their own problems. They get usually get unnerved about them, or they build defensive traits (being mean is one of them) just to avoid getting hurt themselves.
