Love is everything. Love is the reason why you wake up everyday, it is what makes you smile,what takes away all your pain, fills the empty whole that in your stomach,love is the most beautiful thing that you have ever seen, love is what embraces you and holds you tight, love is what wipes your tears away, makes you feel safe, makes you want to wake up and do it all over again, having trust, unconditionally, dependable, and true. Love is forever and never ending. Love is something some people search for their whole life. Love is what gives you butterflies in your stomach. Love has a million and one defintions.

love (the word) means nothing to me. i don't care how many times you say 'i love you'.
love to me is a verb. love is believeing that when someone says he will be there, he is. love is when he hugs you for 'just being there'. love means that when he says 'trust me' you trust him. love is when you say 'trust me' he trusts you. love is when he saves you from your fears--and is not asked.
that's what love is to me.

There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.

Being in a caring and trusting realationship with somebody who respects me and I respect.
I can be comfortable and not have to worry they will betray me or let me down.
