what question do women ask potential boyfriends?

depends - since I had a little girl from a previous relationship I used to want to know what they thought of children etc. I also used to ask if they ever smoked anything other than cigarrettes recreationally, what they did for a living (not for the mercenary value - simply because I work and I dont want to be supporting someone else) normal things like what they did for fun etc.

It wasn't until I was considering taking things further did I ask the intimate questions ,..........

is there someone special, or that they see regularly
did they just end it with someone, or did they just have a fight with someone,,
how long has it been since THEY were in a serious relationship..

then do they have family
ever been married,
children
how many , names and location

sisters /brothers etc

what are his interests,hobbies/favorite free time recreation/
do they live alone,and where,
what are their religious/spiritual beliefs
do they like the work they are in
and why

What sort of music/books/films etc the other person likes. What their interests are. I stick to light stuff, which tells me enough about the person, and enables me to compare interests etc. I do find it helps if potential couples have a few things like that in common
