Ok so I've asked this question to several of my friends and I'm just curious about what other people think. In my entire life I have NEVER satyed friends with an ex. I feel that it never really gives you closure and the longer you stay around them emotions are just going to keep it alive. Plus you are breaking up for a reason. If we were suppose to stay close why are we breaking up? The only exception I feel to this rule is if you were TRUE friends before, if not then you are pretty much dead to me. I also believe re dating an ex is a bad idea because in my experience it only ends up reminding we why I don't like you anymore.

im having problems with my partner,if i leave i will have no where to live i have tried to find answers to what i would be entitled to as we are not married i would appreciate some advice from anyone who has been in my position or who is aware of the law regarding common law wife/partners.His mother died several yrs ago leaving another house to him wich is in both our names prob for tax reasons i would imagine,he has a will that states if he dies i get half the proceeds from the sale.But if i die first it goes back to him for his 3 children from a previous marriage.I also have 3 children from a previous marriage who then will have nothing at the time of my death.

I thought I was high maintenance...my fiance is something else sometimes...he acts so immature about the smallest arguments, I can't hardly talk to him about anything without him flipping out...and he's the one who turns them into arguments...i don't understand why he's like this and its can be pretty bad when he has his son....i don't know what to do....i don't want to be in this kind of relationship but i want him....i don't know how else to address the problem, i've tried to talk to him about it but he doesn't seem to get it...he's says i'm the one causing the problems when he's the one yelling and arguing with me!!! the only thing that works is when i baby him, that's the only way to calm him down, but it pisses me off that i have to do that everytime...its not very fair to me...any advice???
