Hey Bonny, its Hans, glad to see you're striving to be the best you can be. Since you asked, my answer was poking fun at people who believe in organized religion and don't decide for themselves what to believe in. 1. at least act like you enjoy it.
2. stroke with your hand at the same time as your mouth
3. it is not nnecessary to go real far down as most of the feeling is on the top. halfway is perfect.
4. keep it consistent, the more you change speed/style, the longer it will take (not that it wont feel good) it will just take longer, which may or may not be a good thing.

Every guy is different, each is going to have his own preferences.
