I have this friend, they are amazing...nice funny, not stupid.....and just great! But then I get to wondering if that's just around me. I mean, I see how they act when they're around crowds of people, or their other friends, and it's not AT ALL what they act like around me. They talk to me different, tend to treat me different. So do I know the real person, or do I know the fake one. What is my friend really like? Should I feel special that they treat me so different, or should I feel bad that they put on such and act? Is it normal for people to do this?

It looked like something was bugging my sister, and not just that she couldn't run because of her shin splints. So I looked in this journal that I saw she was always writing in.

I was astonded when I saw what she had written. "I feel awful. I want to die. Today I ran/swam but my legs still hurt. I will to anything I just want to die. I am going to cut myself tonight."

Then I stopped. I counldn't bear to read any more about my own sister's horrible thoughts. And this isn't really the first time. She practically just "recovered" from anarexia.

I am lost and confused, you are the first people to know what I've read. I have no idea what to do and was hoping someone would have some ideas with value.

Me and my ex broke up a while ago but satyed really good friends. She got a new b/f who treats her like crap and is an a$$. Even as just friends i would still text her goodmorning almost every morning so she felt loved cuz her b/f wasnt doin his job. About 2 months ago I stopped w/the goodmornings cuz i was tired of being on the back burner to her b/f and I wanted her feel like what it would be like w/o me in her life and try to make her see what she got rid of. So my ex stopped talking to me cuz i stopped saying goodmorning and being there for her everyday. I know she thinking of me cuz shes is doin little things to try to get to me like deleting me off myspace and putting how her b/f is the best b/f shes ever had and things like that. The problem is im growing weak. I want to talk to her but idk if i should cuz idk if she has realized yet what she got rid of. Do i keep waiting for her to break and contact or do i start talking to her again? What do i do?

So in camp I had a boyfreind. I only stayed one out of two sessions in camp, he stayed two. Now camp is over and I miss him so much. I mailed him and he mailed me back. In his letter he didn't seen like he missed me all that much. I always think about him. I just feel like he dosent feel the same way and he's just gotten ovr it. Were still dateing and all but I just feel like he is too busy in camp with his freinds to be sad about me being gone.And will already be ovr it by the time he leaves camp too. Its been about 2 and a half weeks simce I left him and I live 6 hrs away from him. Do you think I miss him more than he misses me and how do I get my mind off of him?

My wife and I lost an old friend because we acted on option #3 and got blasted for waiting.
