I have been legally seperated for a year and want my divorce. I have filed for it . My x gets alimony. I had to send in a new expense form to her attorney because now my x wants more money. Its been 5and1/2 weeks since i turned in the form. I called my attorney and all he had to say is that he hadnt heard from my x's attorney. I feel like my attorney isnt working for me at all. what do I do to speed this up?

I have this guyfriend and I really enjoy e-mailing with him and stuff, but it seems he is like in love with me now and I dont like him that way. I told him that but he is still being really weird... like wanting pics of me. I am thirteen so that is kinda scary.

An x-boyfriend has been contacting me via email eluding that he still loves me and misses me. The problem is that he is the one that wanted to break-up. Moreover, he went back on Match.com. Who is to say he isn't dating and sleeping with other women. If he loves me so much, then why did he break up with me to begin with and not try to work through his issue with me? I'm really hurt and also very concerned as he eluded to us being so good together in terms of our passion, which I am interpreting as sex. Is this guy just another jerk trying to have it both ways? How should I handle this? I would appreciate everyone's feedback.

When im with my boyfriend he makes me feel so happy. I feel like all my worries are pushed aside. His sisters are fun to be around and i just feel so confortable around him that i stay over his house for like 2 weeks. Then when i come home i just feel so depressed and sad as if im going to be away from him for years. I dont want to do anything i cant eat, sleep; i feel so lazy and just down. It's scaring me to feel so depressed when he is not around.

a terrible tradgedy happened in our home and now we cant live there! We were going to build a new house and remove the old but now the bank says no because we are a liability in case we are sued and then we would lose everything. I guess I should better explain.....my son tried to take a weapon from my nephew and the weapon....well i cant even type it but you get the picture. My nephew was only 9 yrs old and my son was afraid he would hurt himself. Ok so my question is what do we do and how do we go about getting help, we cant go on living with my sister(my nephew's mom) we love them and are trying to help them too, but we also need to have our own place. Any help or advice i should say, will be greatly appreciated. thanks.

I am a fairly intelligent young woman and I usually surround myself with intelligent people. I recently started seeing a guy who isn't really at my intelligence level.
