I want to tell my boyfriend that I love him but last night when I told him playfully and he thought I was serious..he choked on popcorn and said that it was too deep for him. And we had another conversation about it and he said that he doesn't believe in love and he doesn't want to put himself out there to be hurt again. I can't promise him anything but I need to get this off my chest. And I'm thinking we're grown as hell...why am I going through this?What do I do?

my fiance got 5 tickets last week and less than a month after getting a DUI. He is needing to pay a lot of money to a lawyer to try and get out of a DUI by not going to jail, he got upset because i bought my kids school clothes and supplies with child support money ($400 worth) then when i told him i had $7 left, he wants to know what i did with all the money out of my paycheck, paid car payment, groceries, gas, and a few small bills. but yet i am supposed to suffer and my children also because of his stupidity. dont even know what will happen with the latest tickets he got, one is reckless driving and attempt to evade police. he seems so selfish. i have already been trying to find a part time job in addition to my full time job, school fulltime ,and 2 children to take care of. why do men do this? why is he doing this to me? is this love? should i have to pay for his stupid mistakes? and he tells ME to grow up? whats your take on this...he is an alcoholic.

We've been married for almost 10 years this coming January. He was 17 when we started dating and 19 when we got married. Can someone that young still be in love with his wife? Does he ever want to be with someone else, or does he ever have regrets?
I'm just curious because so many people say young people won't last. Are we lasting, or is it just because we have kids?

OK, i used to go out with this boy- but all of a sudden he wouldnt talk to me. he never called me or answer my calls. finally a month later he comes over and asks to borrow $150.00, so i gave it to him- then never herd from him again!!! now hes locked up and calls me every day {but i cant answer his calls- to much $$}, so should i get his add. and write him while hes locked up?????? I stay downstairs watching tv and playing on my computer. We occasionally go back and forth for a little hug or something and we usually have supper together. Of course we sleep in the same bed too. But other than that we live our own lives. Isn't that great?
