This may seem a bit crazy. However I'm really worry about some of most important people in my life. So I would like any advice or help on what I can do.

-My dad. He was in hopsital with inflammation spleen and liver, he almost died. It was caused by drinking. However he didn't stop drink at all. I am really convinced I saw him for last time two days ago. It was so tough on me. Even though he wasn't around for me very much when I was younger.

-My grandpa. I recently found out from my uncle that my grandpa told him his health is start to going down hill slowly. However I'm too afaird to ask anyone else about this because I don't want to stir up any drama and make things worse.

-My mom. She have cancer not long ago and now it's in remission. However I'm really scare that if something happen, she could easily be gone in less 3 or 4 years. She use to keep lot of things hidden from me until I got in really big trouble at sixteen. So now I don't really know how much info she is

Does anyone know whether bridal boutiques sell hoop skirts? I bought a tulle slip from one, but have decided to use a 3 or 4 hoop skirt instead. However, I don't know whether they sell them and if they do, what the price is.

Has anybody actually used one? Are they comfortable?

I have been dating this wonderful man for the past year, I'm 23 he's 28. Things have been going well, except that he has not told his family that I have a child. Let me give you some background. I had a child when I was 16 out of wedlock. Since then I have graduated high school (on time), earned my bachelor’s degree in Biology and now I'm in my Master's program. My son is now 7, and my boyfriend, my son and myself spend a lot of time together. But there are some differences between my boyfriend and I, for example, he’s a very private person and I am very out going. I’m white and he's first generation Filipino. I have met his family twice since we began dating, but they know nothing about my son. He has told me that he's going to tell them about my son for at least the past 6 months, however, it still has not came to pass. He says that he's scared that they will hate me, even though they got along fine with me when I met them before. I am willing to deal with the differences in cultures; in fact I find them fascinating. I am also willing to deal with the fact that they may not accept me at first, I understand why they might not. But I am very secure with myself and how I have dealt with having a child so young. However, I'm growing increasingly frustrated in the fact that he will not tell them. Am I not worth it to him? What do I do?

i have a terrible illness called guillain barre syndrome, i am learning to walk again after being paraylised 4 months ago, i cry alot cos i can hardly walk and perform simple tasks, i fall alot and often have to crawl on belly to the bathroom. often i cant even pull up my own shorts. i feel like such a wreck and she is dealing with it but has become slightly distant.
