My roommate graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice back in December. She worked for a few months afterwards and then decided to quit and take a month off, then find a 'real' job (i.e. a career). She looked a little after that first month and then it kind of burned out. Her parents support her and were supposed to cut her off of fund on her 23rd bday (June 13th) but they have yet to do that.
Every single day all she does is sit around, swim, or hang out with her boyfriend that makes good money to spoil her and encourage her not to work or look into a job
How long until my other roommate and I get involved? We are thinking about email her mom to see what she thinks and to give her the real scoop on what her daughter is doing with her life. Should we do anything? We don't want to confront her and just end up pushing her away and to her boyfriend.

Advice, please!!

I really want this guy to ask me out on a date. He really seems interested but he is upsessed with this other girl...like we actually talk to about the other girl. my g/f left last week saying she needs more space !
to think about what she wants out of life.she say's if she wanted to be in a relationship it would be with me .she say's she love's me ,I said i would have her back ,if she changed her mind and wanted to be with me.she repleyed" it might be sooner then you think"
im getting a lot of mixed messages from her .in one hand she want's to be with me ,and the other she wants her feedom to do what she wants .and be on her own.she has allso said today to me "she would like to make a go of it but she cant say how long she needs to be on her own for .it could be a few week or a few years she dosent no how long .but i shouldnt wait for her and to get on with im life ...

see, I been with a man for bout 2.5 years, dont want to break up, but am unsure if I could see myself married to him. I love him to death, but just dont know. I pay most the bills, I have education-how can he teach our future children the importance of education when he doesnt have any? How can he teach them the importance of working hard when he doesnt? Besides these things (finacially) he is my dream guy. But Im 24 and dont go out, dont buy new things, dont ever get may hair done, nails done, no luxuries. Cant go spend money on anything cuz I have to pay bills. I know there is such a high % of divorces, many the cause has to do with financial problems. I never wanted money (such a superficial worldy thing) be in the way of love. But it is huge! Is it time I break this off and find another man who can be my equal? Or is this as good as it gets? No one is perfect, so with him its this finacial burden, but with someone else it would be something else....
