I moved out because of stepkid problems. Dad just would let them treat me like crap. So he called x wife and and old girlfriend to JUST talk. He also joined a dating service all within a week of me leaving. I moved back and then found this all out. He promised he would stop talking to the x girlfriend but found out it is still going on via the web. Am I wrong for not trusting him? I feel he cheated on me. He says it was just talking!!! Am I being to hard on him?

I have objected in court and cited the statute wich state that she cannot move out of the state or more than 150 miles away, but the judge allowed it anyway. Now a one trip to pick up my kids and then drop them off again is going to cost me over $150 in gas. I will be doing this every two weeks so I can pick them up on Friday after noon and then drop them off on Sunday after noon. If she were forced to obey the statute, I would have less driving time and more time witrh the kids and it wouldn't cost as much. How can a judge be allowed to do this and what can I do about it?

In a few weeks I will be going away to visit family, and while Im there, an old friend from school is going to be there too. I just got home from lab today to hear my little brother (16) giving my mom advice on her retirement.
