Why do some men want to married you to get out of childsupport

Desperate attempts to get out of paying money to you, that's all. They want to keep that money so they can see exactly where its going. Its just like immigrants who marry Americans to stay over here, its wrong and its desperate. But marrying someone just to stop paying child support, that's more irresponsible than not paying it all. That's as dumb as divorcing someone, seeing how much you have to pay them in spousal support every month and then begging them to get remarried to you so that the money you were sending to them will be back in your pocket. You're setting yourself up for a lifetime of misery to marry someone for the wrong reason.

Well if he is the father and you are the mother. Hes just using you. If he is the father of someone Else's child and marrying you he doesn't get out of child support. I tried to answer the best with I could with the info. you gave.

I really don't understand how you marrying a man will preclude him from paying child support. Or are you saying your ex wants you to get married so he doesn't have to pay child support? Either way, I don't it is true. Now I think alimony ends when you remarry but that is different.

Because it costs less to willing raise and support the child than it does to pay child support.

That's how some men are. If you don't think it will work then do yourself a favor and make him pay the support

you answered your own question. truth is, lot's of women get pregnant to try and trap a guy into staying with her. and it usually works!!! bravo!!! but unfortunately you can't make someone love you. (don't know if you're asking for personal reasons or just inquiring). GOOD LUCK TO YA!!!

Some men have no accountability. They do what ever is easiest. My suggestion is to not fornicate with men who are dumb asses.
