Once before going to sleep at night. It makes sleep better and about 9AM. It makes the whole day go better. And on days off well you figure it out. It makes a relationship very well in being.

Same with me, the mornings. You are all rested after a nights sleep and have energy to burn, and what better way to burn up that energy, than having sex with your lover, not to mention burning a few calories too.
For my money, you can't beat the mornings.
