I'm seeing a guy who is significantly older than me and not exaclty attractive in most people's eyes....
Instead of feeling like he's "got it", it's almost like he's embarrassed...
To strangers, he sometimes purposly makes joking comments like "I'm just just helping her find a guy because she has trouble meeting men... hahaha"... as if he's trying to make an joking excuse for why I'm with him...
And these strangers aren't even looking at us funny (at least I don't sense it).
Does anyone understand WHY he does this??

Im so confused I am with my husband for 7 yrs and 13 dating. We have 3 kids together and things just arent the same anymore. The Flame has gone out and theres no hope of it starting up again, Ive tried and tried but i just cant help my feelings there not the same anymore. When we are are at home we are usually in 2 separate rooms and go to sleep at different times. HELP!!! My Boyfriend Adam's mom kicked him out of his house and now he is living with my mom's ex steven and now i think steven and my mom are going to get back together and Adam won't have a place to live because my mom won't let Adam stay there because we are together and my mom thinks we will do somethink that we will regrett. Adam can't stay at his mom's house because her girlfriend is a Bi*** oh ya i forgot to tell you his mom is a lezbo n/e wayz her girlfriends a Bi*** and won't let him stay there and he has nowhere else to stay except in Mississippi and i live in texas but he wants me to move in with him and leave my mom but i'm only 15 and i can't do that what should i do i'm worried about him because he said that he's not going unless i go but other wise he won't have a place to stay!!!

While my husband was watching TV last weekend we got into a conversation about life and death, and the need for living wills.

During the course of the conversation he told me that he never wanted to exist in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and taking fluids from a bottle.

At that point I got up, unplugged the TV and threw out all his beer.

Not that i want to dump him...
but he is very brutal and uncaring and just talks crap. we fight a lot over finances, chores etc...but thats not a problem. Its only the hurtful words which he says at times...it portrays me in a bad manner...sometimes i begin doubting myself?? I feel underconfident ...which is bad for my profession. Yes he is very good at pointing fingers...just so good you would want to believe that he says. Am i being a little too sensitive? or is it ok ??

What should I do to deal with these negetive feelings...i do not even feel like going near him...its been very frequent these days...
