recently,tis 3rd party had just given birth to a baby.when the wife confronted the man ,the man say he love both woman & want to take care of both. Their relationship has been on for six years. Please advise the wife....the man do not agree to divorce.

That man is a dirtbag.
I don't know what country they live in, but in western Europe and the US, it doesn't really matter whether he agrees to the divorce or not. If the wife moves out and lives apart for more than 1 year, the divorce will be granted regardless of what he says. The fact that he has an illegitimate child on the side and a long term affair is sufficient grounds for filing. The laws may be different where you / or the wife live, so it's hard to say.
To be honest, I would not want to live with the humiliation of being married to such a man.

The man doesn't have to agree to the divorce. In most states, adultry is reason enough for a divorce. The wife needs to hire an attorney, close all her joint accounts including credit cards with him, and not let him back into her home. This man is a creep and is totally unfair to both of these women. Does the girlfriend know about the wife? This is the perfect situation where revenge would best be served cold.

I bet the man does not agree to divorce! He wants his cake and to eat it too by having both relationships...man, what a crock...what if she did the same? Would it be okay if you and she were married 10 yrs, had kids and she had an affair and had a baby with another man and says she wants both of you in her life? Come on........get real...and like the girl says...get a lawyer...and I hope it's a bad one and your wife gets a good one.

The man in Canada doesn't have to agree with a divorce. If I was your wife I would get a legal separation agreement and then in one year it would be legal for me to divorce you. Like it or not. Just like you have had this relationship with this other woman whether your wife liked it or not. Deal with the consequences.

The only advice I have is both women need to leave his sorry butt.Don't they know that he is having his cake and eating it too???The only ones suffering are the kids and the wife/other woman.He doesn't have to agree to a divorce for her to get one.Believe me.File for divorce and the judge will grant her one.Or she(both women )can keep putting up with the crap,and when he gets bored,which he will,there will be another woman.What then????

He doesn't have to agree to a divorce. She needs to put him out....change the locks....see a lawyer to get a divorce and child support. Who cares what he wants???

yr marriage is now is in a very bad shape now. if u cant accept yr husband who cheated on u and kept a mistress with his child then u have to file for a divorced. he have to accept it as a man regardless he agree or not.
furthermore, i dont tink u can accept and forget his wrong doings to u, right?
sorry to say but tink u still have to go through DIVORCE which is fair to either party.

he does not have to agree with the divorce.get you a lawyer a.s.a.p.all you have to do is clearly state that it was he that committed adulteryand not you,the divorce will be in your favor.and if there are minor children in the picture,talk about child support and visitation rights(if you intend to let them see him).keep your head up.

If I were the wife I'd have a good lawyer and leave him with nothing. That's not acceptable behavior! How would he feel if it were his wife cheating??
