It depends on what it means to her. It can mean different things to different people. In what context she is using it, and the tone of her voice when she says it. If just out of the blue she's telling you she adores you, then I would say that she is somewhere between like and love. If she is saying she adores you when you ask her if she loves you, I would say she doesn't feel the same, but doesn't want to lose your friendship either.
Being adored is never a bad thing though.

She's probably not old enough to know what the word adore means. Young girls say a lot of things that they don't mean. I wouldn't take her too seriously.

i think a lot of times when people say "i adore you" they really mean "i love you" but they are too embarassed to say it or they are just not ready yet
