When someone you deeply care about, and have been intamate with, and shared some good times with...and then after a while, mainly due to long distance...things end. Leading up to the end, and durring the last visit, the relationship was discused, and the other person said a boyfriend is not what they need right now. The couple went their own ways... each in a respectful manner. Then several months later, the one who decided not to continue the relationship begins occasionally sending email hello's, and wondering how things are going, and being very friendly. The other person also knows how difficult, and painful their choice to end things was, because they were told so.

I have no more people I can call friends. I'm would never say I'm better than anybody but my old group of friends are into things that aren't me anymore. I don't do drugs anymore, I don't drink, smoke, party everyweekend, or do anything unhealthy or useless. I'm trying to really enjoy life in its simplist form. Now I just live healthy with strenuous exercise and there's no one there to hang with. Most people my age (22) drink and all that and I just don't want to be around it but there's nobody to kick it with....

we have been together for 5 yrs and now shes ready to move on. Im not, but she is. She says she loves me, but wants to see what else is out there before settling down with me. Now shes talking to another guy and it hurts so bad. How do i not think about the 2 of them together? How do i go about not picking up the phone and calling? Im a freaking wreck and all i want is for us to love eacother again, but for now i know thats not possible. I told her that i didnt want her to lie or sugarcoat anything and be honest with me, and she says that she can see a future for us, but not right now. How do I forget about her? They say if you love let it go and if it comes back its meant to be, but that **** hurts like hell! I just want to be back to my normal self. I need aplan for TONIGHT -
Ok, Long story short, I told Matt that I like Jaret and Matt got all wierd being jealous like "he's a dud" and "there are other guys, you know". Matt and I are doing summer school together (volunteer work) and he came in on Mon and said he saw Jaret at a party and told me they talked for a while. But I JUST saw Jaret who said - "I saw him, but we didn't talk. I haven't talked to him in a long time".
So, my friend and I think Matt is interested in me. We have a class to supervise tonight and I need a witty to plant to find out if that is true and then get him to ask me out.
I was thinking of telling him about my convo with Jaret..
What do you think will work?

And please don't say "sex him" because if Icould do that; it would have happend already.

I am 17 and they are 18. They drive - I don't.
