Guys,

today my now ex physically hit me and said that I was a right prick and she couldn't take it anymore, we broke up but the thing is that it (our relationship) has been gradually going downhill ever since we returned to college.

Thing is I'm still pretty upest and supprised that she broke up with me in public like that, could've done it in private, then at least we could've talked about things.

So does anyone have any advice for me on how to get over it and also is it normal to have a drink in order to begin to cope? because I just had a shot of whiskey.

I'm 24 and newly divorced. I was only married for 14 months, and have taken back my maiden name. Can I say that I'm single instead of divorced? I feel as if my divorce has allowed my life to start over, and saying divorce is just hanging onto the past.

How about under water? The Oriskany was recently sunk off the coast of Pensacola Florida in the Gulf of Mexico and they're now offering weddings on the sunken ship. I think that is neat for a non-traditional wedding setting.

My wedding is in one year and its getting to be huge. The guest list gets bigger and bigger which means more money. We have changed reception places three times. Do i cut people off or spend the money. Money is not the problem, but are big weddings all that fun? Should i keep it simpilar or huge. You and your wife were married for 18 yrs. You worked days,she worked nights so that you would not have to pay for childcare,have somebody else raise your kids. You had all the benifits ie:medical, dental,retirement plan etc.. She worked at menial jobs to help suppliment your income that came with non of the above. By the way you are military, move alot and it would be harder for her to get a career type job. She took care of everything else , housekeeping cooking, school PTA's and roommom, chauffer to all the kids games. Homecooked meal always on the table before she left for work, house clean and kids ready for bed. You decide that you have been missing something all these yrs, namely your old high school sweetheart. You divorce this wife and remarry within 3 months. Now your retirement has come, you know since you did the taxes for yrs that your ex put alot of money into your life. But you don't want to share.. Divorce decree says 50%. Why would you try and get out of it?

My ex and i were each other first loves. we were 2gether for 6 yrs almost. She was cheating on me with a guy from her job! She said that i would always be her baby, but after we broke up, she was very nasty to me. She threw me out of our house with little money, i would try to call her at work and she would hang up in my face, she would tell me that his sex was better, even though i made her have orgasims when we made love. But i know he is abusive 2 her she moved him in after 2 weeks of dating him, he is more controlling and jealous than i was. When she sees me, she'll hide from me, or ignore me. I really loved her, and she is the one who hurt me, the one who cheated on me, its been 10 months since her and i broke up, and i cant get her off my mind. She would kiss me everyday she went to work, and kissed me when she came home, and the day i found out she was cheating on me with him, she denied it. she says that their relationship is grea, and she wont speak to me, why do she hate?

I went out with a guy who is 26(I'm 19) and he has a 5 year old kid. I had a nice time, and decided that I don't want to get serious with him. He keeps calling me and text messaging me, I haven't answered his calls or anything. I saw him today at work and he didn't say anything and I didn't say anything. What else could I do to show him or tell him we're not a couple, we're just friends and that's it? I just bought a new cell phone and I don't feel like paying again to get a new one to get rid of his calls. Any advice??? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
