As long as it is 6 to 8 inches wide then you are OK. You just need to learn how to measure it correctly.
Update your question on whether this is when it is soft or hard.

You should see a doctor,i think average is 6" or 7" ,however 2.5" is to small.see a doctor there are ways to correct it.

no, it's too small. the average size is six inches so you need a penis enhancer. i dont know what those are but you need one.

If that's when it's soft then you have nothing to worry about. If that's hard, you may want to consider not showing it to anyone.

Ummm....are you referring to the length when it's "hard"??
Most penises are various sizes when not erect, but when erect most penises are the same length.
To me, it's not really the length, but if the guy can find and "rubs" the right spots (clitoris).
