I went out with a guy who is 26(I'm 19) and he has a 5 year old kid. I had a nice time, and decided that I don't want to get serious with him. He keeps calling me and text messaging me, I haven't answered his calls or anything. I saw him today at work and he didn't say anything and I didn't say anything. What else could I do to show him or tell him we're not a couple, we're just friends and that's it? I just bought a new cell phone and I don't feel like paying again to get a new one to get rid of his calls. Any advice??? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

ARE YOU COMPLETELY SURE YOU ARENOT MISSING A GOOD PRINCE IN THERE?
ONE NEVER KNOWS.
Sometimes insistence is trying to tell you something and needs yr attention.

but if you def. not want him nor go out with him, pick up the phone call or the cell and talk to him and tell him just waht you said here.

if you wan t to be a little more gentle, tell him you are flattered by his attention to you, but that you are really busy with yr studies and dont ahve time for love at this moment. Maybe some other time (or not).

He will leave you alone.

Tell him straight up that you don't want to be with him, let him know you are not interested in any type of relationship with him, and you can also change your cellphone number without getting a new phone, just call your cell provider and tell them you need your number changed, they will understand trust me, I've had mine changed 6 or 7 times in the past year.

Tell him how you feel. Make it clear, yet be nice at the same time... that you will ONLY be friends with him and nothing more. If he keeps pestering you about going out with him again or follows you and the like, that is stalking and is against the law.

Why do you want to be friends with someone that may possibly make you change you phone number? You don't want him for a friend he's trouble. Continue to ignore his calls and emails. If he speaks to you...say hello back and keep walking. Why choose to bring drama into your life? Make a smart choice.

be honest with him. tell him that you would rather have him as a friend than something more. tell him that you are not ready to have a 5 year old child in your life right now. don't lie, he will be a dick to you forever.
