I am my mother's caregiver as she has severe COPD and is almost needing help 24/7. Both Mother and I are only children. I get no help from anywhere-not community or social service or anyone. I am overtired and overworked. I just can not understand where everyone else seems to get ALL the help they need or want!

one of the parties involved has gotten over the being in love with the person. The other party is still in love with that person and never stopped loving that person. What does the future hold for these two people who are now talking on the telephone twice a day. One party doesn't like to talk about feelings the other party has told them that their love never stopped.

I met the woman that has been everything I have wanted since I was 13 years old (I am now 34). I married a woman when I was 19 for simply not wanting to hurt her or her family by breaking off the wedding. I met her 7 years after being married. Not until recently did we open up to each other and share our feelings for one another. Over the last 4 years, we have communicated only a few times per year, until this Feb.

She and I share a "synergy" and unspoken communication. She is all 4 parts of being in love: Passion, Comfort, Love, & Electricity. I have been told that what I feel for her is only in "Hollywood". I disagree. She and I have not had sex, or even been physical. This is not lust or infatuation.

She will not leave her husband, or so she has told me. I make her complete and happy with whom she is. She is trusting of me, even though she claims that I throw up every "red flag" for her. She loves me, as much as I love her.

What do I do and how do I handle this?

We started talking because he needed someone to talk to about his ex and I was new at school so I just needed someone to talk to period. He was still in love with her and she dumped him. They didn't get back together. I have been open with him the whole time about how I feel and he keeps saying "he likes wehre things are". His ex and I don't really get along because he goes to her now and tells her something about me and then I later hear about it from someone else and then goes to me and complains about her. I don't know what to do. I saw them together yesterday hanging-out somewhere and he said hi but he hasn't been exactly friendly lately. I don't know what to do!

I am having a breast reduction due to medical issues...neck and back pain. I'm really excited, I have wanted this for yrs and finally got my insurance to pay for most of it! Can anyone tell me how to go about finding a good dr.? I have appt. with 3 different drs. to "interview" them and am planning to look them up with Better Business. Is there any thing else I can do? Is there a web site that lists stuff? I live in Austin TX if that helps or if anyone out there has experience with a dr here (good or bad, I would like to know the bad to avoid them - lol). I am also wondering about the post surgery recovery. I have heard this is major surgery and takes 4-6 weeks to fully recover....Is it worth it? I think it will be (but i'm not in pain right now lol). I'm 35 and plan to live at least another 50 years and don't want to do it with the daily pain I have now in my back and neck.
Any (serious) advice or experiences welcome.
