I tried to hook up with my old boyfriend. I was actually his first girlfriend, years ago, and he said it took a long time to get over me. So now it's years later, and I make the move and he rejects me. But it was like, yes, no, yes, no and ended awkwardly in bed--and not in a fulfilling way. We have a lot in common and get along great, but he won't have sex with me and can't seem to say why. I don't think it's because of how I look. We've been emailing, but he never answers any questions seriously. Should I just let this go?

my name is Amber and I live in Virginia and I have 3 children and also have my 3 yr. old neice living with me because her mother is in Jail for quite a while, and I need some advice. my neice "Emma" is just so cranky, she is always rude and does not have any manners. I try being positive with her and praise when she is good, but what do I do about her behavior and her attitude? PLEASE HELP

I don't want to spank her or anything like that but she is always used to doing what she wants when she wants and used to cussing, yelling and hitting when she lived with her mother and my household is nothing like that at all. we have respect for eachother, we don't yell or cuss. so how can I teach her to stop all of this? she is only 3 , so I don't know what to do.
I have her on the same sleeping schedule as my 4 yr. old daughter and every night at bedtime she screams bloody murder for no reason, " I guess cause she doesn't want to go to bed" , so what do I do about that????
any advice would be helpful so please reply.

I have a friend that showed out on our trip, I haven't seen here in about a year and I spoke to her off/on but more so emails here and there. this is a person I HAVE BEEN friends with for years yet I'm considered one of her best friend. we have a friendship were we buy each other gifts for birthday, etc. we travel together. but after the trip I seen a change she insulted me infront of my male friend. told me my teeth was yellow and my butt is not as big as people say it is. It seemed like she was looking for flaws. My husband and I just broke up a couple of weeks ago after almost 16 years of marriage due to his anger management problems and emotional abuse. He's now in Michigan with his family and the two kids (13 & 15) and I are in Wisconsin. They don't want to visit him. Should I make them spend time with their dad this summer anyway? Divorce can be expensive and it is very time consuming , but if the law was that after 10 years of marriage, you had the option to stay in the marriage or to divorce without the hassle of going through all of the court procedures, life would be a little less stressful.
