I think maybe it hurts so bad because it was your first relationship. I don't think she was your true love, but maybe your first love. If you're not with someone right now, you might be questioning yourself why things went the way they did and wonder what you could have done differently then, which is why you are so sad now. You just need someone new to keep your interest. I'm 19 and still think about my first guy, I was also 13. But I think it's just right that we're not together now. I think things happen for a reason.

You should be happy. Not because you lost your girl but because you figured out something at an early age, that most people never get. The most important thing you learned is Love Hurts. Im almost willing to bet that you will experience this feeling over and over again. (Not saying your a bad guy) but it happens. One thing to remember is Women/girls they are confussed and they change constantly. What a woman/girl likes today, they may hate tomorrow. You need to take this time to try to figure out women. If It's a older woman who is on the dating sceen (Like a older sister, Aunt, Ect) you can talk to and observe. Talk to her observe her. Thats how you can learn women. (well you will never compleatly understand them but you'll have a better understanding)

Now take 2 of deez and call me in the mornin'

I would say that you did love her, but she was not your true love, you will pribally have at least few a more loves and heart breaks before you find 'the one' but hang in there, I know it hurts like hell but it will all be worth while when you find that one true love.

It was probably your first experience with love. Thats why it took you so long to get over it. But probably not your true love since you were so young.

i believe that if you feel like that, it was probably your first love. However, never forget, your true love isnt always your first love.
