Ok, so my boyfriend and I will have been together for 7 years on the 22nd June, and I just know that he is going to forget. He has already admitted that he is not big on anniversaries, but it really means a lot to me, and he doesnt seem to have got it yet... so, should I verbally remind him (it is already written on the calendar hanging in the kitchen- but he never looks at that) or should I not? Any suggestions?

OK i am often in situations where a girl will ask me to keep an eye on her drink or her handbag whilst she goes to the ladies, or girls at a bus stop late at night will pretend to be with me to scare off the drunks. Of course as a brother of 2 sisters, a father,a husband and an uncle, I will take care of them. But how do they know this, that I am a decent person. Looks are deceptive right or arent they.
Conversely, can they tell a nasty human being by looking at him.

I am 25 and my boyfriend is 38. We have been dating for 2 years. He was married once with no children. We bought a house a year ago and will be getting married within a year or so...
The problem?
Ive never once heard him talk about starting a family. I have brought it up numerous times and his response is "if it happens..it happens"
So tonight i kinda brought it up again and he had the same response. I told him "it just dosent happen" that have to have the feeling of wanting to start a family. He seems so laid back about it and his general attitude in life is "whatever happens..happens"
a BIG part of me wants to try to start seeing if we can have a child within the next year or 2...His answer to all of this seems very relaxed and i dont feel like hes enthused or really wants kids..he says if they happen they happen. He is very relaxed about life in general and likes to have fun (although he is responsible and seems family orientated) part of me wonders if he will ever say hes ready

This is a very sensitive question for me, but I'm fairly certain that I could have gone "all the way" with my Mom if I'd chosen to. How many guys experienced this too? Women--was I just imagining things (she was awfully forward and flirtateous). Finally, would it have really been that harmful if--as an older teen--we had "experimented?" I appreciate your honesty on this delicate subject.

I'm trying to decide how to feed the guests at my wedding reception. I always thought a sit-down dinner was the most elegant but I hear that many people are doing just passed hors d'ouvres and maybe a carving station. Any thoughts on the pros and cons of each choice? Also, what about a buffet dinner?
