Well, Unfortunately if he hasn't kissed you in over a year a teen or not...Then push him to the side.....He can't be that much into you if he won't even kiss you.......I say if your going to make it work either talk to him or just walk up to him when you see him and give him a kiss...It really is that simple...Good Luck!!!!!

Wow - a year is a long time for a teen relationship. I would try talking to him about it. Let him know that you care about him and find out why he's not kissing you anymore. It could be that he's actually trying not to be too affectionate (it takes some guys a while to realize that affection is not a bad thing, and that it doesn't take away from their masculinity). It could also be that he's trying not to get too intimate because he's afraid things will move to fast or get too serious. There could be so many different reasons, so ask and find out. If he's not ready to be in a relationship at all (and unfortunately this could also be the problemt), then let him go and remain friends. By remaining friends, you get to still be a part of each other's lives and maybe when he is ready you two can try again.

No teen should be critisized for something they need help with. If I were you... wait for the right moment... like when you and him are outside under the stars... or at your doorstep.... or in the rain or something... just when the feeling is right then do it. A kiss is not a toy, it's an instrument and art that must be used at the right moment. First give him a kiss on the cheek... then see what he does... and then maybe wait a few days... and just work your way to it. Eventually he will see that you really want him to kiss you. It's very unusual for a guy not to want to kiss... if anything have you talked to him about it?

Jeez! I am sick of these teenage "does he like me" "what do I do" questions.
It is a TEMPORARY little relationship and will be meaningless when you look back on it later in life (stupid even). Get over yourself and your insecurities. All you little teenagers are afraid of each other and care WAY TOO MUCH about WHAT OTHER PEOPLE think about you. When you are a real grown-up, you care less and have REAL relationships.

Ask him why he doesn't/hasn't /won't kiss you. You'll never know until you ask him and all the advice in the world isn't going to help you 'cause you need to do the asking on your own.
