Of course teens are going to ask questions about everything. They are curious, growing up, and want to know what lifes all about. The best answer you can give them, is that you don't know the correct answer! Actually no one knows if the world is going to end, or if god is real. Tell them your opinion and tell them that through-out life they will formulate their own opinion, don't force your views on them though.

I would tell the teen that of course God isn't real, that theory goes against all scientific knowledge. I would also tell the teen that the world will come to an end next Thursday.

God is only real to those who believe and have faith in him. I believe the world will come to an end because i believe in God and what it teaches in the bible. Tell the teen that if he doesn't believe in God why does he want to know if the world will end? If you don't believe in God you don't believe what the bible says.

Go to a theology professor or find a church who accepts visitors at bible study. Then ask all the questions you want.

Hand the kid a bible. But ultimately it's their decision to believe or not. Likely, the world will not come to an end. As the natural phenomena get more intense, we learn to cope and educate ourselves on how to protect against the next disaster.

and you tell them the truth. eventually the world will come to an end, but not any time soon. the God thing is a touchy subject. I would tell them that many people have their own ideas about God and what they believe. I personally want my children to make up their own minds on what to believe. Have them research different religions and see what they come up with.

first let them know you do not have all of the answers, then if you know the teen well enough discover together, ive learned that while teaching, i have learned more than just when ive learned on my own. so keep it real, and let them know that all the answers in the world have not been answered, and not all of them have answers, but to keep searching and discovering, cuz thats what life is all about... learning lessons.

Tell them what you know for sure...and believe is the truth.....encourage their provocative questions, and keep the discussions open..My dad used to give me books to read about every question i asked him....so i guess i read a lot of books ....... wow! Eventually....i stopped asking.......i knew the answer would be in a book somewhere so i hit the bookstore
