Men are visual when they are "looking" for a gal...women (most) are more enticed by the "entire" package. So it seems for men to come up and say something because they have that instant gratification. Women want to "pick" your brain...looks...style...intelligence....LOL

No way. The women can as easily approach the man compared to vice versus. Traditionally the man is the approacher. In earlier times it was very uncommon for a women to ask out a man. Still today that is the case, but with the self sufficient women of today's society there are many more cases of the women doing the approaching. And the guys seem to like it, it takes a load off their shoulders, because while they are seen as the emotionally stronger sex, rejection actually hurts everyone. So women gather up the courage, put traditions behind you, and show the man who caught your eye that he caught your eye, he'll respect you for it.

No, I think it's nice a women feels confidants to approach someone whom she feels attracted to. I admire people that goes after what they want, and doesn't seat in home, waiting for a miracle comes from the Sky's and brings the right guy or the perfect girl to the steps of their door. A women's approaches won't limit herself to be always chose, but to choose to and make her choice. If you meet a guy, and think he is right for you, I don't see any problem on having the first step, like a smile, that sometimes can make the real miracle.
There's a big difference between, throwing yourself to someone and demonstrating interest.

Males are the traditional pursuers and women are the traditional "pursued." I think we've advanced beyond that, but we still seem to play by those rules. If you don't like it, you will be bypassed by a ton of guys who DO play by those rules, sorry to say.

No... some guys like an out-going woman who's not afraid to go after she wants. I say give it a try! The worst he can say is "no".

I'm pretty traditional, so it would be nice if the guys would do the approaching.

No, It's a huge turn on when a girl comes on to me.
Truthfully more men come on to me than girls....at least I have my options open I guess.
