I decided to get married mostly b/c my parents insisted to. I cannot say I hadn't liked my fiance at all in the beginning of our relationship, but I couldn't say I was in love with him as to marry him.
But when our relationship seemed not to go so well, he convinced my parents that he was the best match for me, and I couldn't do anything to change their minds.
I told him that I didn't love him, but he doesn't want to understand...
What am I supposed to do? I seem to resent him even more right now when he forces me to marry him.

break up with me 8 months later? the contradiction is he pretended to want to marry me and then told me has been wanting to call it quits for some time now, then why give me an engagement ring? i don't understand this makes no sense. i cant ask him cause he wont tell me the truth and i havent done anything to him to do this. do you think the ring was a fake along with his proposal?

We do not live together, my choice. We both are well off. Will be second marriage for both. I am breaking it off with him because he is not fullfilling my needs or wants.

I just purchased 2nd home for me and he only help with hanging my blinds, really. I paid movers to move me and took care of everything because he was not there for me. I could have move in with him but I did not want to move in without a wedding date.

Oyea, I stop wearing the ring because everyone wanted to know when was the big day. I am also ready to be back on the market.

Me and fiance been together almost 3 years and we HAD alot of problems and alot of breakups in the beginning and last June I had moved out of the house and got my own place (i was pregnant too) well on July 4th he asked me to marry him and it took me a few minutes but I said YES and when and he said tomorrow, next week, soon!!! I was so excited, I have already been through a divorce, but he has never been married and I guess he is scared. But almost a year later still not married. I asked him twice over the last year about, when? and where? and all it did was lead to a fight! What the hell did I do? Was that just his plan? Put a ring on my finger, get me back home and then never marry me?????

He told her he was single and that he wanted to meet her. I asked him about it and he was mad that I looked at his phone. He said he was trying to fix up her with his friend though myspace. I said "then why didn't she tell me that." He said she must have misunderstood him. I told him to call her and he "tryed but she would not pick up." Then he erased all the numbers off his phone. We have been together for 2 years and I know he is up to something, but until yesterday I had no proof. Why would this girl not know he wanted to fix up his friend. The whole thing is messed up. We were suppost to get married next year too.
